Neuroblastoma Global Parent Symposium (NPGS) 2023

The Neuroblastoma Global Parent Symposium (NPGS) is a free virtual event that provides support and information to families affected by neuroblastoma, bringing them together with researchers and medical professionals who work to treat and support them.

Through insightful presentations delivered by world-leading experts, panel discussions and Q&As, where parents get the opportunity to put their questions directly to the experts, the NPGS aims to support, inform and empower families with the challenges they face. Each year, the symposium agenda is carefully curated by parents for parents, for a valuable live experience whilst adding to a rich video library of information resources for families affected by neuroblastoma.

The first NPGS event was held in 2020 as a virtual adaptation of the Parent Educational Conference, hosted by Solving Kids’ Cancer UK since 2012, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. This new format was more accessible, bringing together a much larger group of families affected by neuroblastoma and the wider community. Solving Kids' Cancer UK and Solving Kids' Cancer (US) work in partnership to deliver the event each, and were joined by the charity CNCF in 2020 and 2021.
