Claudia Pasqualini

Claudia Pasqualini is a medical doctor specialized in pediatric oncology. She is leading the HR-NBL-2 trial and is an active researcher in precision medicine.

Claudia has been working in the Children and Adolescent Oncology Department at Gustave Roussy (France) since 2015.

Claudia has been an active member of SIOPEN since 2024 and is currently leading the international HRNBL2 study for patients with high-risk neuroblastoma at diagnosis. She is a member of the SIOPEN Executive Committee since January 2024. Her research interests are in immunology and cell therapy.

She is also involved in precision medicine approaches on a national level as Co-PI of the MICCHADO study (PI Gudrun Schleiermacher, Curie Institute - France), which aims at the molecular and immunological characterization of high-risk pediatric cancers at diagnosis, during treatment and follow-up. With Dr. Florent Ginhoux (Gustave Roussy - France), she is leading the "Immuno-Organoids" protocol, a prospective, non-therapeutic, and cognitive study aimed at better understanding how to induce an efficient immune response in pediatric cancers by targeting the immune microenvironment.
